Consultations
Your journey at The Regenerative Expert Nurse begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment.
We believe that the difference isn’t simply the treatment. It’s the assessment.
Led by Nurse Practitioner Claudia McGloin, our consultations focus on understanding your medical history, current health, individual concerns and treatment goals.
Whether you are seeking advice on PRP and regenerative medicine, orthopaedic conditions, bone health, menopause or general wellbeing, our approach is centred on appropriate assessment, patient optimisation and personalised clinical recommendations.
Assess. Optimise. Regenerate.
Nurse Claudia’s Approach
At The Regenerative Expert Nurse, we believe that effective treatment begins with understanding the patient, not simply selecting a procedure.
With extensive experience in orthopaedics, regenerative medicine and patient assessment, Nurse Practitioner Claudia McGloin takes an individualised approach to understanding the factors that may influence your health, treatment suitability and outcomes.
Our philosophy is simple: Assess. Optimise. Regenerate.
We consider your medical history, symptoms, relevant investigations, lifestyle factors and treatment goals before recommending an appropriate clinical pathway.
Where regenerative treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are being considered, particular attention is given to patient selection, biological factors, realistic expectations and treatment safety.
Not every patient will be suitable for treatment, and further investigations or specialist referral may be recommended where appropriate.
The Regenerative Expert Nurse Consultation
We offer a range of general and specialist Nurse Practitioner consultations, with fees reflecting the type and complexity of clinical assessment required.
During your consultation, we will discuss your concerns, review your medical history, current medications, relevant investigations and previous treatments, and consider the most appropriate next steps.
Patients attending for orthopaedic or musculoskeletal concerns are encouraged to bring relevant imaging reports, previous investigations and specialist correspondence.
All new patients considering PRP or other regenerative treatments require an appropriate clinical assessment before proceeding with treatment.
Your consultation may include recommendations for further investigations, patient optimisation, treatment options or referral to another healthcare professional where appropriate.
A consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or provided.

Medical History
To ensure your safety and provide appropriate clinical care, please complete your medical questionnaire accurately before attending your appointment.
It is important to disclose all relevant medical conditions, current medications, allergies, previous procedures and any changes to your health.
Failure to provide accurate medical information may affect your suitability for treatment and increase the risk of complications.
Review Appointments
Follow-up and review appointments are arranged according to the consultation or treatment provided and your individual clinical needs.
Where a complimentary review is included as part of your treatment, this will be explained at the time of booking or treatment.
Additional consultations or reviews may incur a fee, which will be confirmed in advance.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact the clinic as early as possible.
We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations.

Unsuitable for Treatment
Patient safety and clinical suitability are central to our approach.
Following assessment, there may be occasions when a treatment is not recommended or further investigations or specialist referral are required.
The consultation fee remains payable for the professional assessment and advice provided, even where treatment is not considered appropriate.
